Certificate of Attendance
From 15 February 2021 onwards, you can download your ESOU21 Certificate of Attendance via this webpage. Simply log in with the number found on your ESOU21 badge and complete the evaluation questionnaire. Therefore it is important to keep your delegate badge even after the meeting concludes.

Disclosure links to industry
All faculty members are requested to disclose to the audience any links with the industry related to the topic of their lecture at the beginning of their presentation(s) e.g. if a faculty member is a member of the advisory board or has a consulting agreement with a specific company.
Sweden uses the Europlug (types C and F) which has two round prongs and an output of 230V.
In case of an emergency, please call the nationwide emergency number 112.
The ESOU21 app will provide you with easy access to the meeting’s scientific programme. The app’s user-friendly interface enables you to customise a schedule of the lectures you would like to attend. More information on the app to follow.

Guests and Children
In compliance with the Pharma Codes, we are not allowed to register guests (including children). Therefore, they cannot attend this event. Moreover, the ESOU office cannot offer any children’s day-care facilities. If parents decide to leave their children at the venue, the EAU and the ESOU office will bear no responsibility.
Participants are strongly recommended to arrange their own personal insurance. The organisers will not bear any responsibility for any personal damage.
All presentations will be conducted in English only. No translations will be provided.
Lost and Found
If you found an item or lost yours, please head to the Registration Desk for assistance.
During all sessions, please switch your phone to silent and turn off the flash when taking pictures.
Journalists and medical/science writers can obtain free registration to the meeting. Press registrations have to be made through the online registration system (preferred) or onsite at the Registration Desk. All media operators must show their credentials (press card dated 2021/2022 and original assignment letter). Journalists will receive a copy of the press pack and congress bag to be picked up at the Press Centre.
All meeting halls, exhibition, functions, registration and catering areas, are no-smoking areas. All the participants are kindly requested to respect the no-smoking policy (including e-cigarettes).
