Access to the session rooms
Only meeting delegates, with a valid badge, have access to session rooms. Seating is regulated on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend delegates to go to the session rooms well in advance. Due to safety regulations, the organisers will close the session room when all seats are taken. It is not allowed to stand in the aisles of the rooms. The local Covid-19 measures have been taken into account when setting up the session rooms.
Access to the virtual platform
The virtual platform opens on 19 January 2022 at 10:00 CET and closes on 24 January 2022 at 14:00 CET.
• What do I need to attend online?
You will need your MyEAU credentials and a valid registration to attend online. Please click here to check if you can access the platform. When you encounter problems with signing in, you can use the live chat function on this page.
• Technical recommendations: A computer/laptop, headset/headphones and a wired internet connection with a 5mb/s connection are recommended.
• Internet browser: All browsers are supported with the exception of Internet Explorer. We recommend the latest version of Chrome for the best results.
• Processor: There are no restrictions on processing power, if you can access esou22.org you’ll be able to access the platform.
• Bandwidth: There are no restrictions to access the platform. However, it would be advised to have a 5mb/s connection. Check your connection on: www.speedtest.net
• Firewalls: None of the ESOU22 content is expected to be blocked by firewalls or needs to be accessed via VPN. However, we cannot control the default restrictions set by your institute or company internet provider, network or state.
• Clear your cookies and cache: If you experience any issues accessing the platform, we suggest you clear your cookies and cache.

We highly recommend to download the ESOU22 event app as there will be no printed programme book.
For ESOU22, the EAU’s Association App is the easiest way to navigate the meeting. From early January 2022, the ESOU22 Event will be available within the Association App.
In the app, you can browse the ESOU22 scientific programme and create your personal programme using the planner. Find session rooms and exhibitor booths by scrolling through the floor plans. Via the personal congress bag icon, you can save relevant links to digitally retrieve or review after the congress. Offline use of the App is possible.

CME accreditation
The 19th Meeting of the EAU Section of Oncological Urology, Madrid, Spain, 21/01/2022- 23/01/2022 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 18 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
IMPORTANT: You can only claim CME credits for presentations and sessions you have attended live in person or virtually.

Guests and Children
In compliance with the Pharma Codes, it is not allowed for you to register accompanying guests (including children). Any guests you may have are not allowed to access this event. In addition, the ESOU is unfortunately unable to offer children’s day-care facilities at its events. If you have any special requirements due to impaired mobility, medical needs or due to the fact you are nursing please let the organisation know in advance.

Hybrid format
ESOU22 will take place both on-site and virtually. You have the option to attend the meeting in person in Madrid or online via the ESOU22 Virtual Platform.

All presentations will be conducted in English only. No translation will be provided.

During all sessions, please switch your phone to silent and turn off the flash when taking pictures.
Networking
With other delegates
You can use this ESOU22 event app to get in touch with other (online) delegates. This feature is off by default, you can turn it on by logging in to the app with your MyEAU credentials through the “My Profile” menu in the top right corner.
For more information on the networking opportunities go to “Networking” under “App Help”, which you will find under “Information” in the app menu.
With speakers
Delegates can also get in touch with ESOU22 faculty and speakers on the ESOU22 virtual platform. Click on the tab Speakers, where you will see a speaker overview. Click on “Contact speaker” and you can leave them a message.
No-smoking Policy
All meeting halls, exhibition, functions, registration and catering areas, are no-smoking areas. All the participants are kindly requested to respect the no-smoking policy (including e-cigarettes).

You can access all ESOU22 webcasts via the ESOU22 Resource Centre. Please note that (re)viewing presentations via the Resource Centre is not a CME-accredited activity.
Security and Safety
The safety of all meeting attendees is of the utmost importance. The Congress Hotel and ESOU22 organisers have taken security precautions to ensure the maximum possible safety for all participants. All bags may be subject to inspection. Please take all personal belongings with you when leaving session rooms. This meeting is organised in accordance with the Covid-19 measures applicable for Madrid/ Spain and the Congress Hotel.
